Pros
The people working below the corporate level and project teams are mostly very smart, hard working and motivated by all the right reasons. Depending on the role there are opportunities to travel.
Cons
Where to begin? This organisation preaches 'positive impact' but only cares about enriching it's shareholders (all senior leadership within the company) at all costs. This means working people into the ground and making all project decisions based on maximising profits rather than what is the best for beneficiaries. Palladium has lost its way and now just funds useless acquisition after useless acquisition whilst punishing those working in international development which is still responsible for 90% of revenue in EMEA. Work conditions are awful, leadership and HR only there to squeeze every last drop of people's productivity and have absolutely no oversight for terrible decisions they've made. Everyone is trying to leave as quickly as possible before the company is sold on and broken up for parts.
