      It's dinamic, flexible and diverse place to work, employees are respected and have many career opportunities

      Sometimes poor performance is not recognised and managed well.

      Fast-Paced, Ever-Changing, and Fun

      Pros

      Palladium always has something going on. For the most part, no two days are the same. The company isn't afraid to change processes and structures if it believes there is a better way of accomplishing goals. The atmosphere in the office is very fun and easy going. Everyone gets along and is there to help each other succeed.

      Cons

      Because of the ever-changing environment, sometimes it can feel like you never fully get a handle on things. This can. E a positive or negative, depending on what type of environment you are looking for.
