They do amazing work in the field. A lot of talented experts who believe in what they do in challenging areas around Africa.

Cons

Absolutely terrible and untrustworthy ME HR. Several bullying complaints against HR - all swept under the carpet.

We did go through quite a bit of change in 2015 with several mergers and acquisitions, and we learned a lot along the way. We are proud of our many flexible working options to support work/life balance and are always looking to improve.
