Pros

Global health and development focused. Many caring employees and some good managers.

Cons

Recent re-branding has been rolled out pretty badly, from lack of information to a complete disregard for focus groups and pre-testing materials in the US. The organization is run by mostly white men who keep talking about diversifying but haven't done enough yet. Not easy to transfer to other jobs in the company and thus learn new skills and be relevant in the job market.

Pros

Most people are super dedicated, smart, and kind to work with. Lots of flexibility on the work front.

Cons

Management sucks! Policies are pushed from Australia and often are not a good fit for US offices. Absolutely the worst IT and systems support I have ever seen in a company this size.

Pros

- Decent benefits and vacation days

Cons

- Bureaucratic and rigid, with system and processes fit for large international development contracting but ill adapted to the new business models they want to promote - Fragmented internal culture due to their growth through acquisition
