      Company full of drama and backstabbing

      Good projects and some very dedicated people- especially project staff working almost 24/7

      Cons

      Micromanagement by senior staff and backstabbing between employees. People are promoted not based on their performance but on how much drama they can make . They are people who barely do anything but got promoted because they know how to exaggerate in front of their supervisors which is highly appreciated by the management. Also company tries to have ''quota'' on hiring people of color but only for entry level positions.

      Good projects, ability to travel at the entry-level

      Cons

      management is not transparent, no clear paths or expectations for mobility. Easy to get stuck doing grunt work. Hard to find someone to advocate for you and be on our side. Many managers are too distracted and not available to really help you grow.

      Original core company staff was smart and dedicated

      Cons

      The takeover by GRM ultimately diluted and completely changed the missions of most of the core companies that were bought. Poor leadership and poor pay for entry-mid level staff. Little room for growth and lots of turnover.
