      The work they do is truly impactful across the globe People are passionate about what they do Opportunities for travel abroad for some staff Flexible work schedules (work from home opportunities)

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive and in line with work experience and living wage in the DC area Open office environment is extremely distracting. While it does foster collaboration and teamwork, employees should be able to have their own relative personal space Sick leave isn't separate from annual leave

      Teleworking is a part of the culture and flexibility that comes with it. Some good people give support and mentoring

      Cons

      Poor systems, no orientation or training. Set up to fail. High turnover of people keeps the workload high and commitment poor

      Pros

      The work is rewarding and exciting. The ICT team is excellent to work with because of the respect they have for each other.

      Cons

      Ongoing disrespect from Leadership towards staff at the Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager levels. Underhanded tactics being used by various people to become a part of the inner leadership circle. There is an under tone of discrimination that no one wants to address.
