Pros

Great opportunities for promotion, but at a cost. The in-store crews are amazing.

Cons

Regional managers have no respect for area/general managers. Zero breaks. None. At all. Ever. For any employees. No respect for accomplishments. Given mixed messages on a daily basis to cut hours, but achieve more. Mandatory 60 hours a week on the schedule, and then whatever is required beyond that each day.

Dismal and unrewarding

Pros

Surprising leniency in regards to employee error (or I suppose you could say neutrality). Easy (even if a little vague) hiring process. Other than that, I got nothing.

Cons

The company (at least my local franchise) is OBSESSED with the "bottom line" and profit margins, and believe me, this is felt by the main labor force. Very little to no positive reinforcement for model behavior or over achievement. Regional and District management is always demanding more from already downtrodden workers who are only compensated nominal or minimal wage (and only scheduled base hours to avoid "obamacare".) The food recipes are too over engineered and make an already stressful job even more chaotic. Corners are cut at every angle possible with the product, preparation, and so forth. Half the time management is either undependable because of squabbling between themselves or cracking a metaphorical whip to somebody who had the bad luck of looking at them wrong.

overworked and complete chaos

Pros

Meet many new people everyday was very interesting. Location was a pizzahut / wingstreet bar, learned a lot about teams and drinks.

Cons

Complete chaos. I applied for full time and my first few weeks working there I received under 20 hours but was worked 40+ then after my schedule increased to 30+ hours (on paper). I had to work 75+ hours weekly. The job was extremely unorganized. Had to apologize to customers on a daily basis and as a server, everything else took priority over your needs. Essentially, everything that could go wrong could have been blamed on the server.
