Pros

Great people, always helpful. Have lots of processes set up to help with the huge complexity of getting projects through a massive organization. Good industry connections. Fun corporate events.

Cons

Not good electronic communication. Hard to get the necessary time with people to make a project happen, and they have too many competing priorities/projects. Spend a lot of time to implement an initiative, but without a huge impact on the bottom line. Lots of projects are more evolutionary than revolutionary.

Pros

Amazing people, a broad portfolio of brands, countries and experiences. Work life balance is greatly respected.

Cons

Going through a major restructuration. Focusing more on profits at the moment, losing some focus on maintaining talent.
