Pros

Excellent benefits and relocation package.

Cons

Inhumane working conditions and long hours for the technicians on the floor. Needlessly bureaucratic system that requires qualification tests to perform simple tasks. More experienced technicians and process engineers are usually qualifiers, but their packed schedules and high turnover rates makes it difficult for new hires to receive qualifications. Being a process engineer at Tabler Station is not difficult; it is mostly paper pushing and reporting numbers. However, there is a dearth of technical expertise among the PE's which results in most work being offloaded to the technicians. Given their already arduous working conditions, this has resulted in a culture of resentment between the technicians and anyone working above them. There have been many instances where management had to work shifts in place of technicians due to issues with retention. Management is ultimately out of touch and unwilling to enact meaningful change. They are happy to squeeze as much labor as possible out of the floor workers to meet their bottom line. In addition, be careful if you are a young woman working as a technician or PE. Have personally experienced and heard of instances of inappropriate behavior from male technicians and upper management.

Pros

flexible working time. stock option. learning opportunity. join while one is still fresh graduate from the locally recognized universities.

Cons

- too stretch. - different standard of promotion depending on who you are reporting to. - no work life balance. - not suitable for mid career job seekers. - totally different promotion requirements for technical associates versus band levels (the so called management people). For technical associates to be promoted feels like applying for CEO level, while a fresh graduate from locally recognized universities gets promoted (within a max. of 2 years) like almost automatically. - a lot of unfair treatments.

Pros

Compensation packages is arguably the best in the industry - they make sure employees are well compensated, VERY generous with bonuses and benefits. Training and Development is a big priority - each employee has his/her own career plan. You will learn a LOT, and once you transfer to a different workplace, you will find everything easier because of all the stuff you've learned from P&G. Culture is good, not great - a lot of Gen Zs and Millenials, whom are always ready to offer their help to anyone in need, which makes it a very good fit for fresh grads. Although higher ups still has very traditional opinions and ways of thinking. Having P&G in your resume will almost always land you an interview for whatever you're applying for. Your experience in P&G will prove to be priceless in both personal and career development.

Cons

VERY long work hours and HEAVY workload - although they encourage you to stop working past office hours, you will have to force yourself to work due to the amount of workload you'll have. Be prepared to lose a lot of sleep, especially during presentations or business reviews. Prepare to work on weekends too, as well as answering a lot of calls from customers and partners. Career growth is VERY competitive to a fault - if you don't get noticed by higher ups, you will find it very hard to get a good evaluation. Favoritism is still very apparent. You are EXPECTED to be the cream of the crop. Right when you are hired, they expect you to stand out and be great. Meaning, failure will never be an option. Once you do, be prepared to make up for it by exceeding expectations by LOT, or else your future evaluations will always be affected by your past failures.
