Pros

- sometimes they give free coffee and donuts/bagels - if you pay for your birthday cake, you can have a slice - downtown location - friendly people to work with

Cons

so this year the bank made a record amount of money, surprise surprise. So the logical thing to do is cut everyones bonuses!! After being complimented for our hard work and dedication throughout the year in making a record breaking amount of money, we were told that all our bonuses will be cut by 16%. This means that 1 person received an extra 3.5 million dollars just by stealing from their employees. So if you want to work for a company that will rob you for no reason, RBC is the place for you!

Pros

People, Atmosphere, Workload, Work Life Balance

Cons

Unpredictable, unhelpful managers, all good corporate jobs are in Toronto, no guarantees you will be placed in a good internship rotation - lots of people had bad experiences.
