Pros

- Great hours outside of busy season - generally helpful people - collaborative culture, - cultural inclusion groups - generous PTO

Cons

- Busy season hours are long - Lack of cross industry exposure - Difficult to advocate on your own behalf for promotions & raises - Luck of the draw with client work. Some have incredibly long hours at random times of the year while others are coasting. Your stress level depends heavily on how difficult your clients are and how helpful your team is.

Pros

Annual Training budget for consultants to learn new tools, decent annual bonus, decent pay, allowed to work remotely with travel to client when necessary.

Cons

Didn’t always play fair in having a cross work job policy if you wanted to try out and learn a new job but not offering it to all employees. Utilization difficult to meet when not assigned major projects
