      Lots of employees, but a very lonely place!

      Well known company, nice modern offices, some good benefits.

      Cons

      Lonely and unfriendly environment, hierarchical, some very rude employees, hard to get hold of management when needed, low holiday entitlement, low paid salaries. Have to contribute £25 each towards Christmas party! Overall not a very nice place to work.

      Good people. Communication between staff through partner. Strong leadership.

      Cons

      They do not recognize how certain individuals are working tremendously longer hours than others based on their clients. Compensation is not where it should be with the work and real life balance. Busy year round and continuously understaffed - very stressful.
