Pros

free greasy food during busy season

Cons

Nothing. You are expected to stay late at work even if its not busy season time. I can't remember the large number of qualified employee they fired and harassed during the time I worked, just because they asked for their rights! Job secure is literally ZERO . Management & HR " Seniors and regional" meet and decide to get rid of someone through: Harassing the employee with lies feedbacks, specifically writing a non-integrity comments under employee goals in the system. They will take advantage of the employee during the busy season then start implementing their replacement plans. There is NO respect for employees with accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Pros

It used to be good but no more. Stay away!

Cons

Many continued layoffs. Declining revenues. Trying to get workers to do double their workload with no additional compensation and no encouragement. Toxic environment; poor management. Used to be good but stay away now.

Harassment Policy at RSM is a Joke

Pros

A paying job that focuses on middle-market

Cons

Harassment Policy is a joke - In my time I witnessed at least 8 different women report harassment (both sexual and physical) and the "investigation" lead to nothing due to the level and performance of the harasser. I overheard LA HR say they didn't believe a woman because she was just a first year. I also witnessed retaliation on someone that filed a harassment claim and HR did nothing to stop its continuance. One HR woman in the Bay cared about it but the lack of action lead to her leaving because HR leadership did not care. No work-Life Balance Salary/Benefits not market competitive - as someone that lives in the bay area were told that salary and benefits were a market competitive, since leaving I have learned this is nowhere close to the truth. Office politics drive promotion
