      There is a lot of different work to do. Never a boring moment (but that isn't always a good thing)

      Cons

      Company is not transparent. The main leader likes to have ideas that sound good in headlines but has no actual idea what it means or how to do it leaving everyone very confused all the time. Out of touch with reality and constantly critical wearing our the staff and causing a toxic under-ground culture. Has no memory and leads with fear and confrontation. We feel sorry

      Co-workers are amazing and work amazingly hard Work/Life balance is valued here Fast-paced with tons of projects to take charge of if you are up for it hard work is recognized and paths are carved out for upward mobility

      Health insurance is not the best no 401k matching (yet) salaries could be more competitive
