Where do I begin? First of all, no one is communicating with one another. Second of all, you can almost guarantee you will get laid off due to a "restructure" in about one year. If you make it past a year, you'll resign out of anger, frustration and mistrust of weak management. No opportunities for career growth or promotions. HR is useless and just hires and fires. No training or chance to advance your skills. The benefits are terrible, especially if you're a woman, which is funny because they tout a women's focused mission. No maternity or parental leave, no fertility benefits, barely any working from home. The business was continually challenged to address to NY vs. AZ rumors and they continued to skirt the subject. It's not uncommon to walk in and have a new manager the next day with no notice. Direction and focus keeps changing, or at least not made clear enough to understand. Only some people have voices, the rest are minions to do the grunt work with duel roles and responsibilities. No defined culture or identity as a business really anything to be proud of.
