      Good perks, work with a lot of talented people, shoddy management

      Pros

      Good perks such as parties, events, happy hours, fun contests, work with a lot of talented people, the office is absolutely beautiful.

      Cons

      Management is reaction-driven. Something comes up, huge, sweeping, poorly thought out decisions are made rashly. People are sometimes viewed as dispensable, when really, they are NOT. Strong crisis-management style trend, as well as lots of long hours.

      Good Co-workers. Challenging. Fair pay, benefits and holidays.

      Cons

      You are sold on the job because of the fun culture and challenge, but once you start working you realize it is all Smoke & Mirrors. Don't plan on getting promoted from within, as they always look outside the company to hire new management. Also make sure you don't have any ideas that go against senior management, make any mistakes or try to have a fun culture or they will probably replace you.

      Laid back culture and they pay for office groceries. That's about it.

      Cons

      This place is a joke. I don't know how they are still in business. There is no clear understanding of where the company is headed or company goals. It's literally a circus. They always make a ton of layoffs every year. Be very wary of this place.
