Very confusing leadership/management/reporting structure - unsure who to go to for certain issues and is very departmentally siloed. Obvious lack of ethnic and age diversity in leadership - some are arguably unqualified to hold their position. A lot of contractors who probably should be offered full-time positions by now (unsure if it's legal to be a contractor for 3+ years). No clear career pathing especially if you are not a dev or designer. Clique-y and difficult to fit in when meetings are full of inside jokes with those who've worked together for some time. Still running with a start-up mentally and leadership style which hinders building solid foundations and processes to accelerate growth. Cohesion in personality types is lacking - the balance of introverts and extroverts is not there and for some, an arrogance with longtime, manager-level employees. Unclear directive of strategy.
