People at Sago Mini genuinely care about making products for little kids and put a lot of heart, empathy, and solid thinking into doing work that could play a formative developmental role. The team has grown over the years but most work is still accomplished in tight-knit teams that share creative decision making while coming at the work from their own skill set. Team culture is real and people bond over both work and shared interests. It has helped make the best of a trying time for everyone.

I’ve been at Sago for almost 3 years now and only have positive things to say about the company and the team. Super friendly environment, great work/life balance, no ego teammates, and everyone loves what we make. For anyone thinking about applying/joining Sago, I suggest two things (that were actually part of what sold me when joining Sago): 1. Look at the LinkedIn page to see the average amount of time that Sago employees have been at the company. Even as we’ve grown quite a bit over the past few years, a large bucket of the team has been together for 4+ years 2. Download one of the apps: Since you can’t see the office right now, I think the apps best illustrate how much the team cares for the kid experience and how proud we are of the products we build. (Also, it's a lot of fun building products where you get to spend time choosing which fart sound is best)
