-- Very Friendly People -- Decent Compensation

Cons

-- Terrible culture -- People are friendly but their skill level is sub par at best -- HR is worthless...literally worthless do not even take the time to do exit interviews -- Sr. Credit professionals do not know credit. Good Luck with that one! -- Best employees have either left or are in the process of leaving -- Cleveland Browns of Banking minus the plethora of draft picks

The best reason to work at Santander would be if you're interested in a short-term job. Their core belief is that employees are dispensable.

Cons

Santander is not the place to work if your interested in a long-term career. It's very cutthroat and the politics run rampant.

Unprofessional leadership, they do not value employees, no work life balance.
