      Good name on the CV.

      Cons

      Poor pay, management does not help at all, if you have a problem the will not help at first instance, many mistakes in the payslip and in the annual leave. Culture of Nepotism. I have read another review where being Spanish speaker would be an advantage. I am Spanish speaker and by far I am treated the worst in my branch.

      Santander is a great company but don't see myself here the rest of my life

      Pros

      The pay is great as well as some of the people you work with. They also do small things around the company to show they're appreciation to the workers.

      Cons

      The managers are obsessive with usage of your accrued time. They don't want you late, leaving early or missing mandatory weekends. They find the smallest things to possibly get you fired.
