Business Outlook
Pros
I was part of an acquisition with Citi Financial Auto and Santander Consumer USA. All employees were transferred to Santander with the acquisition. The company compensated employees very well in income and benefits. Unfortunately, they closed their business in South Carolina.
Cons
The expectation of employee production was a little too high. Also I felt the company gave the Human Resources Department too much authority. Their computer programs were always down.
