Business Outlook
Pros
Decent compensation, a relaxed working environment and flexible hours make working here a blast. The yearly bonus was paid in full both years for me. They supply a cellphone and a macbook pro. Every website I work on gets a bunch of traffic and reaching a ton of people. All of the developers are extremely talented, so you're constantly pushed to be a better and better developer.
Cons
The job content isn't the most exciting. Dealing with auto loans and irritated customers can be a beating. Over the last year since the company went public, the company has gotten obviously stingy. Raises, conferences, continued education, etc... are very hard to come by.
