- D90 is a cool quarterly perk - the people are smart - cool company to sell/easy product - unlimited vacation time
Cons
- comp plan/contract changes at any time without consent and HR is non responsive - capped/conditional/unpaid bonuses - deal audit and ROE (50% they take it away your deal) - decelerators until hitting 80% quota - annual quota Shopifolk only get OTE regardless of accelerators. Your payout will be end of January the following year - expects sales hunters to hunt for new business but blocks access to all sales tools (except Linkedin and Salesloft) - horrible retention and hiring over 16 months - unrealistic targets that make no sense - less and less diversity/inclusion - cheap perks (small 401K contribution, $25 meals, expects employee contribution for insurance premiums) - promotions do not include raises (likely decreases) - Shopifolk on leave still get performance reviews (2/yr) - let’s go of all post sales support teams mid quarter and wants SE’s to be CS/implementation
