Hard Work Pays Off

Pros

It's still a start up, and has a pretty fun vibe. You'll need to come in, ready to work, not just play! If you are dedicated to contributing positively to the team, you will be very successful. If you come in and slack off, demand changes, or talk poorly about anyone on the team in an unnecessary way, you'll be right out the door! Some perks: you'll have access to unlimited vacation time, fun off site team events, games, yoga, weights, and a grill, happy hours, massages, catered lunch once/week and more! It's my favorite job because it's not corporate! People are real!! Sometimes we get remote days too and that's always a plus!! I just wish they were always guaranteed for a solid work/home balance!

Cons

The unlimited vacation is nice, but if you're on the sales team, you don't really try to use any because you're afraid you'll miss your goal. They are working on a solution to provide better balance here. It can be really tough to get sales with so many new AE's and SDR's, but they are always trying to find the best way to keep everyone successful. Sometimes the micro management can be overwhelming, but it's worth it to stay with the company.

Tickle Terror

Pros

I would simply not do this

Cons

Started out in a department on life support, and wasn't allowed to transfer, lots of pressure not to use PTO. Wellness/health training full of pseudoscience. We had a team-building event after I gave my notice but before leaving. The CEO ordered everyone to tickle each other during a group photo after the event. I was tickled by someone behind me. No HR to report anyone to at the time, though I was able to explain how inappropriate this was in an exit interview. Reading the more recent reviews, it sounds like they stopped tickling people, but haven't fixed any other business, leadership or culture issue since I left. Recommend you leave before they bring tickling back.
