Great Place to Grow

Pros

The culture: hands down, it's the incredible people here. I’ve worked a lot of places, and SnackNation hands down has the most supportive, positive, and growth-oriented culture I’ve ever experienced. Leadership cares about and prioritizes the full spectrum of health (physical, mental, and emotional), and is committed to helping us all get better every day (inside the office and out of it too). Simply put - people care for each other look out for one another here, and it’s really refreshing. Flexibility: this is a results-oriented culture, meaning if you get your work done, you can pretty much take off all the time you want or need, which is huge. Likewise, if you have family obligations, you can rearrange your schedule to fit your needs. It’s all about doing great work. How and when you do it is really up to you. Rocketship ride: we have a huge mission and ambitious business goals, and there are countless opportunities for people to come in and quickly make a real impact. Dog-friendly, weekly lunches, team outings, ping pong, lunch and learns, and of course, free snacks.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment. Sometimes it can seem like a lot. The key to success is being up for a challenge and able to adapt to change.

Pros

The people in this company are absolutely amazing! You'd be hard-pressed to find a more intelligent and friendly set of people than those at SnackNation. Everyone is so collaborative, which makes it exciting to learn from the people next to you. I also feel that my peers and leaders genuinely care about me as a well-rounded person. They aren't messing around with their core values! Whether I'm sharing a personal or professional goal, I feel incredibly supported and encouraged to grow. It's a fast-paced environment, with a lot of opportunities to make an impact in a company that genuinely cares about the customers it serves.

Cons

It takes a little getting used to the open floor plan style of the office, but it honestly makes it so much easier to get to know people outside of your own department.
