Pros

After working in a number of different environments, for a variety of leaders- SnackNation has proven to be the ideal culture I didn't know I needed. I feel challenged to push myself, and the status quo, in order to live out our philosophy of being #bettereveryday. Being an early growth stage company, the opportunity to be creative and flex into different areas of the business is extremely motivating. I feel like I have the best of both worlds- a culture operating with such innovation and thought leadership, and an established infrastructure with it's sh*t together so those typical start-up growing pains are hardly felt.

Cons

SnackNation is incredibly goal oriented, which is a great approach to keeping the company feel aligned and productive- but reflection and celebration of all we've accomplished can sometimes be a missed opportunity!

Pros

Lots of events and alcohol around fairly consistently

Cons

Seriously terrible company - and it starts from the top. 1. Horrible misogyny from some of the execs (mostly male) 2. Fake caring about you as a person versus you (the person who helps make them money) 3. Zero growth at this phase 4. Severely underpaid Definitely more than enough red flags to advise anyone to stay away.
