- snacks - drinks - dogs - brand builder podcast

Cons

- lack of leadership and management - clique-like departments instead of truly being collaborative - never ending and unproductive meetings - constant (unpaid) overtime to meet job responsibilities - company time HEAVILY focused on fun/feelings/opinions, not work

Management could be more transparent and consistent. The pay could be much higher as well.

The only downside that I experienced working at SN was the lack of expertise I was surrounded with in my specific role.
