Pros

The People - your coworkers and colleagues tend to be some of the best you will experience. The team members you're grinding with day in and out truly bond and have created a great culture, and is the only thing that people stick around for. Dog Friendly Office. Beer after 4PM, but they removed this.... Amazing HR leadership (Sarcasm) Stock Options - They will eventually be bought out so you can collect some $$ Tons of Snacks - a lot of snacks Catered Lunch on Thursdays - Can get repetitive and boring because leadership limits options but a few gems.

Cons

Unlimited PTO - This just isn't real. Any extended vacations are frowned upon and ridiculed and they don't truly let employees feel like they have earned or deserve vacation. Compensation - Some of the worst pay I have ever seen, and it's only magnified by the stress, frustrations, and anxiety paired with the workload. Leadership - For two years, they have continuously made the worst decisions. They continue to steer SnackNation in the wrong direction. It's obvious they are attempting to be purchased by a larger company, but as such have ruined SN over the last two years. Training & Growth - Nonexistent. They attempt to do some trainings, but it is GIF littered nonsense, and people turning group discussions into nonproductive banter. Don't confuse effort with results, you will not grow here. This is a stepping stone company at best. Turnover.... I can't emphasize this enough. As an Account Executive, or in a Sales Role, the turnover is like nothing i've seen or experienced before. In 2 years we have gone through roughly ~150 Sales Department Employees. We have Changed VP of Sales, Director of Sales, Director of Ops, and 8 Sales Manager in the time period of two years. In the last 6 months only 15% of the AE's have made it through ramping and onboarding. The lucky ones are honestly the people who left before they got sucked into the beast that SnackNation has become. In addition they way they make people who choose to leave feel, and how they handle the exit process is something to be ashamed of. They don't let you finish two weeks, they expeditie your exit, and make you a "bad guy" for choosing to leave the cult. Leadership will belittle you, and forget you exist. They don't want to acknowledge you or what you've contributed while there. You aren't allowed to participate in company events once you've quit, and they just make you feel awful in your last days. The pay is subpar, management is warped, the stress and anxiety is high, and the workload unreasonable. Especially if you are in Sales, this place is just bad. 10-15% of AE's hit quota, and they have a high favored top reps that are hand picked to succeed while others are put in subpar lead buckets and expected to do the same. Please, seriously consider other options if you are looking for a job in Culver City or the surrounding area.
