Pros

Transparent leadership, fun product, work with cool companies, and most of all... AMAZING culture and people.

Cons

They fire sales people a lot... very churn and burn here. They don’t seem interested in keeping people long term.

Pros

The office culture is truly unbeatable. You're surrounded by so many people all very passionate about what they d. Celebration and cheering is a norm, dogs everywhere are petted, the goals of the people align with the goals of the company, everyone is helpful, imaginative, creative, and determined to make the company better.

Cons

It is very hard work. You are cold calling all day, getting no's way more frequently than yes's, calling people to talk about a topic that is, normally, not very important to them, etc. It can be very demanding mentally overcoming all of the no's and people uninterested in talking about free office perks such as snacks in their office (as the movement has not made it to majority of the country yet). The pay is definitely low in relevance to the amount of work and hours that you have to put in. The hours are long, 7:30-4:30.

Pros

Not only is SnackNation disrupting the CPG and snacking space in the biggest way possible, but the attention to personal development and growth is unparalleled. This organization is accomplishing major goals, while still very focused on each and every individual in the house.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment. You really need to be prepared to accept change and pick things up quickly. That being said, this is what makes this organization exceptional and has lead to my personal growth.
