Pros

The company hires the best people, and that is what kept me there. Yes, the company culture is great. They have fun competitions and parties, but the people are the true reason I stayed there so long.

Cons

The company is not professional when it comes to the procedures in which they handle their employees. They appear to care for their employees but when it comes down to the nitty-gritty, the company doesn't back you up. I got the feeling that the wool was pulled over my eyes for the first month, and then the facade was revealed. The growth within the company is restricted. When I tried to change into a different department, they did not hire from within the company, rather selected an outside candidate.

Pros

Not only is SnackNation disrupting the CPG and snacking space in the biggest way possible, but the attention to personal development and growth is unparalleled. This organization is accomplishing major goals, while still very focused on each and every individual in the house.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment. You really need to be prepared to accept change and pick things up quickly. That being said, this is what makes this organization exceptional and has lead to my personal growth.

Pros

Casual Environment, free snacks, great co workers

Cons

Casual Environment which is overly distracting, favoritism, unequal distribution of sales leads, false promises, poor commision structure, unlimited PTO is based on numbers so taking time off is impossible with targets which do not reflect trends in the business and seasonality, zero skill set development, zero career development.
