Pros

The people here are the smartest, happiest, most supportive friends a person could ask for. We aren't coworkers, we're teammates. This is where to come if you're looking to perfect your craft and to be challenged. If you're up for the task, the ride is one of the most fulfilling and inspiring experiences of your life. Each day, I wake up grateful and ready to get back to work.

Cons

To much is given, much is expected. SnackNation provides the ideal work environment, the right mentorship, and the right amount of fun. The work load is significant, but that is why this is the place to be. We're all looking to grow and to accomplish big things, and this isn't the place to sit back and chill. Grinders only!

Pros

Amazing co-workers/friends, nice perks around the office, and game lounge upstairs with ping-pong and basketball.

Cons

Sales upper management does not know how to lead by example, communicate, or follow-through. Very man-hungry company where few women are treated well and respectfully. SnackNation preaches opportunity and growth, yet never follows through // does not provide the correct resources.

Pros

This is one of the most fun, collaborative and enriching environments I've even gotten to work in. Everyone is motivated and driven to excel and succeed, but never at anyone else's expense. SN does an excellent job at giving you the proper tools to succeed, and is always willing to listen , consider and incorporate your input.

Cons

SN is a start-up company, so things can feel a little chaotic at times, but that's to be expected. They're always looking to improve their systems and processes, so you need to be a bit adaptive with the changes.
