Pros

I really REALLY love this company! I started when SnackNation had 36 employees, it was a hungry team excited about healthy snacks. Under the great leadership of Sean Kelly (SPK), Andy Mac, and Ryan Schneider, this company is on the cusp of VERY big things. Not only does the leadership team care about Health Above All Else, but everyone seeks to serve + inspire while seeking perpetual growth. The culture at this company is one of a kind. I believe it is rare to have a company that cares equally about career development as they do about personal development. The weekly 'Crush It Call!' has lead my boyfriend and I to start crushing each other and giving high fives ... in fact this piece of SN has spread to my whole family. In short, SN will push you to achieve greatness, you will work damn hard but still have fun, and the positive energy is contagious! My team of two is now a team of 7 and SN has tripled in employees since I started :-) I plan to stay in touch with everyone I have met here!

Cons

There aren't really any unless you hate healthy snacks in which case, I feel bad for you!

Pros

It is an amazing place to work. It is still continuing to grow, but they truly care about their employees and creating a great company culture. The culture is a major plus, but also they care about making you the best of the best. For Sales they have created an incredible invasive training program to get you up to speed and let you know what you need to know. I am super happy to be here!!

Cons

It is still growing, so still figuring out ways to make it even better.
