Pros

Great place to learn- they put so much energy into developing their employees and it really shows in the growth people experience here! Unlimited PTO is also very nice- and doggies in the office are awesome! Super fun culture!

Cons

Startup growing pains- due to this, management could do a better job of communicating changes prior to.

Pros

The work environment is high-energy, full of ideas, fun, and challenging. Goal planning is phenomenal - 60 day goals, monthly priorities and weekly checkins with your manager to make sure you stay on track. There are a lot of perks - great office space, free snacks, bevi, free lunch on Thursday's, 2-3 weekly all hands meetings for updates, celebrating "crushing" wins and personal development. If you are early in your career, this is a great place to learn sales, marketing or customer success. Very nice bunch of people who are 100% dedicated and really "own" their responsibilities.

Cons

It's great that people take so much "ownership" but there is room for better cross-departmental collaboration. At times, there can be dept silos.
