      Pros

      Culture. Hands Down. They say you're only as great as your weakest link...if that's the case SnackNation is a top tier company with nothing but the best of team members. Slacking off isn't cool here, being shady or a liar is never condoned. The opposite is true. Everyone here genuinely wants to pursue the SnackNation vision and we each hold each other accountable to a high degree of excellence. And more importantly, it's fun! Nothing like being with a competitive group of like minded people pursuing a great cause! Culture is by far the biggest pro. There's also an endearing care for your personal and professional development. It's awesome.

      Cons

      I have quite the commute unfortunately, and there's no real "cheap" place to live around Culver City, but it's worth the drive in my opinion, never listed to so many audio books in my life! hehe

      Pros

      Interview process was candid, fun, and open. It had it's moments where it was uncomfortable and spontaneous- but all to break you out of your shell and really get to know you. Each question and stage of the process moved fast, but intentionally and all phases had meaning.

      Cons

      If you don't work well in groups or are unsure about whether or not you want the job, the interview process may be intimidating. This place is for people committed to becoming the best versions of themselves- and the interview process shows it!

      SnackNation epitomizes an Awesome Office! Our office space is super cool, and it quickly felt like home because of all of the warm, wonderful people that work here. It's a very high energy, highly motivated culture and everyone gains by helping others succeed. If you work well with others and care passionately about your professional development and sharing your breakthroughs with an enthusiastic team, this is the place for you!

      Cons

      I had a very quick, but intense interview process that included 2 skype interviews and 1 in-person interview in a week. It was overwhelming, but also incredibly efficient (not to mention well-worth it!). SnackNation is a very fast-paced environment and mastering time management is key to succeeding here. There is a pretty steep learning curve, but the positive aspect of this is that everyone is willing to help. Learning your role will take time, but seeking perpetual growth is a core value of SnackNation and a key component to success in the office.
