SnackNation's culture is truly unparalleled. Being part of a culture where management is invested in the employees' growth and development is very refreshing! This company is a fun group of people who all have the same mission and values in mind; Very philanthropic and volunteer based. SnackNation is working for the greater good of our members and our country's overall health. There are many opportunities to get involved with many different aspects to consistently develop as a professional.

Cons

Very long interview process with various different decision makers. This is a great aspect to have to ensure the best fitting talent is recruited. However as the candidate, it was discouraging at times and felt dragged out with no clear response time frame in place. If you do get an offer from this company, it is something to be very proud of as the process is stringent!

SnackNation encourages you to be a better version of YOU. The company is full of great, hardworking people who are all open-minded and are constantly striving to not only improve the company, but also themselves. From weekly Sensei's to team building off-sites and development meetings, the leadership at SnackNation truly cares about their people and where they go personally and professionally.

Cons

It's hard to choose a "con". If I had to choose one, it would be the fact that things are constantly changing; however, that comes with being a start-up. "Innovate or die" is one of our core values and SnackNation is constantly improving itself in order to grow into the best company possible and provide its members with the best service.

Working at SnackNation has been life changing. This company has pushed me to grow personally and professionally! There is so much focus on individual growth, and it really shows. Also, the culture here is unlike any other. Work hard, play hard type of mentality, and there's huge support from our peers!

Cons

As with any startups, there are growing pains.. and since we're growing so quickly, some things are a bit unorganized.
