Pros

There was cake for birthdays sometimes but the supervisors did that themselves. Seriously, the people you work with directly are usually great and almost make up for the crushing, overbearing, toxically competitive pressure that drives our ability to get screamed at constantly with zero seconds between phone calls. If you want to use the bathroom, you have to take that away from the time allotted for your actual break time. Yeah.

Cons

Completely soulless corporation looking to squeeze every ounce of sanity out of you for the lowest dollar possible. When I say I used to work at spectrum, they’re like, “GOD I hate spectrum,” and I say yeah no one hates spectrum more than its employees.

Pros

Insurance, coworkers, I can't think of 5....

Cons

If being a dog tied by a leash to a different dog house every day sounds good, then apply here. You are not allowed to have your own desk, calls are back to back, extreme micromanagement, high turn over rate, systems constantly crashing, very unhappy customers with good reason most of the time.

Pros

I work for a great boss, great VP, and in a great team. They have been consistently competent and pleasant. Benefits are good and the pay is competitive for the region if not the best.

Cons

Practically every issue I've had has been smashed morale due to non-business-relevant policies from the upper management circle. Even when my immediate supervision seems (rarely) unreasonable, it's virtually always an evident result of the corporate culture of the last century leaking downwards.
