Nice break rooms. Free food when they feel like they have upset employees too much.

Cons

Management makes new policies weekly to thin out the herd for new hires coming in. High turn over rate. Terrible attendance policies and implementation. Management does not make employees aware of the actual “new attendance policy” so they can fire you when they want. Moral is low and the promised commission structure promised in Training was a lie. Parking accommodations are unsafe and homeless ppl run the area. No part time shifts at all.

Hybrid work schedule and gym inside the office building.

Cons

I’ve had a person that was supposed to train me but instead completely ignored me, and would see my messages but not reply to them. Sales team is very dependent on you and gets upset easily even when there are things out of your control. Sales team asks for additional help outside of required responsibilities, like you are their personal assistant and to show them how to even use a computer.

Healthcare Benefits are extremely affordable and prices have not increased for 10 years, the 401k match at 6% plus an additional 3% of your salary goes to a retirement acclimation plan alongside the 401k. I can really only speak for my team, but everyone I’ve worked with on my team is helpful, reliable as are our boundary partners. Overall I think I have a healthy work culture to show up to every day.

Cons

No WFH for a position that could easily be done outside of the office. Employees with great skills seem to get stuck with larger and more complex projects along with a higher quantity of work instead of load balancing the team.
