Its Work

Pros

Benefits are good. Next to free services, vacation, sick and personal

Cons

Constant change is to be expected. However the communication is nonexistent. There is no employee concern on the company front. It really just depends on the person(s) you report to. There is little room for growth unless you are really good kiss up. Real employee recognition is a 50/50. They have money for everything except paying employees what they are worth.

What is true today, will not be true tomorrow.

Pros

Really hard to find any at this point.

Cons

Pay increases are horrible. Senior management is completely disconnected from lower level employees. Rules that apply to one department do not apply to others. The list goes on and on.

Pros

Initial salary and benefits are great. (Free Cable, Internet and Phone service) Great Medical and dental all within the first month. Nice base and ramp up commission.

Cons

Commission is paid for installations which they have serious issues with. Management style is bullying and are very poor communicators. Not a healthy work environment. Territories are said to exist but really don't. There is a lot of conflicting information. ex. new hires are told they have two months to ramp up during training but then the sales managers badger them to sell right out of the gate. Long and drawn out sales meetings from 9-11 a.m. every day (prime selling time) just to go over yesterday's numbers and discuss a lot of stuff that should be side bar conversations. Then if you're not a favorite (has nothing to do with a producer by the way) then you have to account for every minute of the day. managers follow you around in the field and try to "catch" you not working. Very odd management style. The free service provided as a benefit kept having outages and service interruptions. Equipment had to be swapped out twice so far. unhealthy environment. Get everything in writing and save it in a safe place.
