Pros

Great place to work. Super helpful supervisors, managers, etc. Huge melting pot of different personalities in the workplace make it interesting. Excellent POTENTIAL to make money.

Cons

This is sales. They only like it when you sell. And then, they only like it when you sell MORE. The commission structure is confusing and works against you statistically with the more calls you take.

Pros

Discounted cable, My former supervisor

Cons

No promotions from within, constant last minute policy changes, unrealistic demands, workload, and time frames. Everything is micromanaged. Bad and poorly maintained HFC system. Return visits counted against technician for other people mistake. In example, customer service inability to troubleshoot over phone, Plant not fixing issues correctly, customer requires addition training on product use.

Pros

Benefits, compensation until they changed the pay structure.

Cons

Management could care less about employees. They want you to lie to customers on a daily basis. You get paid more the better you deceive the customers. You will hate going into work everyday. I was a top 5 performer for 6 years here and hated my life everyday I had to come into this horrible place.
