Pros

They have a great benefits package.

Cons

At least 20 year old technology. Long hours with no respect for home and family. Stale management with very few current skills. Unbelievable tiers of management for very few task level employees. Lots of irrelevant meetings full of affectation and ego. Significant barriers to process improvement and technology upgrades. If you want to take your skill set back 20 years this is the place to be. Most employees have regrets within 6 months, stay 3 yrs to vest their 401k and then find a more progressive and challenging job. Save yourself the trouble. Look elsewhere.

Pros

It gives you the freedom to work at your own pace.

Cons

Where do I start? 1.) You have to sell 10 triple plays to make commission. 2.) The company has a terrible reputation in the area in which I work. This makes it very hard to sell. 3.)You have to manually enter your gas mileage and wait weeks to get your pay from it. 4.) Pay is terrible. 5.)You cannot sell to any referrals that you may receive. 6.) you cannot sell anything but triple plays. 7.)Triple plays that you sell must be active at the end of the month, or you will not receive commissions from it.

Pros

Free cable service, extensive benefits, generally good supervisors/managers.

Cons

Work culture and commission have gone down compared to what it was like with Time Warner. Can be stressful dealing with customers, easy to get burnt out.
