Pros
Potential to make good money/ Great Co workers And an Amazing home/life balance. Decent benefits & base pay
Cons
Got in at a great time and made some great money but there is no money made on upgrades, no residuals, and no repeat business. You must have referral agents in order to be successful because that's the only way to sign new businesses. Every month you start over with 0 sales so if you have one bad month it could throw you off for months. Commission changed 3 times in one calendar year and got worse every time. Major serviceability issues. You get paid on installs not on what you sell so essentially your paycheck is in someone else's hands. No real advancement opportunities. One month you are a hero the next you are trash but hey that's sales so you know that going in
