Pros

Free services are the only perk

Cons

Commission is unobtainable. Company acts like they care about you, but when push comes to shove they’ll blindside you with discipline and expect you to work around the clock. No one cares about you as a person, your health, your ideas, nothing about you at all. If upper leadership doesn’t like you, they’ll make your life miserable and constantly ask you “if you’re happy here” to gas light you into quitting. Expect you to work around the clock and treat you so passive aggressively it will make you ill to even think of spending another day between their four walls. The best you can hope for is to treat your team as callously and ruthlessly as your DM and TM will treat you, and then you MIGHT win their favor and not have a miserable experience here. Doubtful tho.

Pros

The benefits are great and well priced. Free cable and internet, reduced mobile, decent PTO and health insurance. There is also growth opportunity. Good company to get you foot in the door get experience and move on.

Cons

Salaries are well below market value for project managers. The company is not customer focused they only care about revenue and are willing to cut corners to make revenue. Asking customers to accept service with quality issues because of the revenue associated with the order, which is an ethical nightmare for project managers not to mention it destroys the customers experience. WFH is a non-starter for this company with no real reason as to why. They say we collaborate better in the office but in the PM world the people you collaborate with (engineers, construction, field techs, etc.) are not in your office, or state. The management team is spread out in various offices. I did not work in the same office as my manager, director, or VP.

Pros

Good pay and good benefits that’s it

Cons

Run look the other way donot work here the customers are very rude cursing and slang They claim to put you through training, then throw you out to the wolves and when you have problems, they never want to help you. They just want to write you up and take corrective action all the time and then when they are supposed to be taking corrective actions or doing critical coaching with their new employees and old ones as well they do not they just fired you and give you an option to resign your position or you can be fired that’s the only option they give you and this is why they go through so many people it’s like a revolving door. I do not recommend this place for anyone to work as they treat you like crap and then when you do try to get help they make you feel like you’re, not smart they treat you like you’re dumb this job sounds like it will be your dream job, but do not fall for it. Please look elsewhere for employment. They will not train new properly and they will throw you to the wolves.
