pretty good company to work for. They strive to provide great customer service for the customers

Too many changes, Just when you learn to master one thing they change it.

Pros

It was a great job to build my resume.

Cons

There was a lack of communication between employees and management. This made the job very frustrating at times. This was not a job for a person without a flexible schedule.

Pros

I love my job most days. I deal with customers who are wanting to setup charter business accounts. The work isn't that hard and the compensation (pay, beneftis, time off ) is really good.

Cons

In my department we are Monday - Friday but this is a call center so some jobs are 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Getting a good schedule can be difficult.
