Pros

Good pay, 401k, retirement, insurance, vacation time, sick and personal time. If your stats are good, you dont have to work holidays. Was able to work from home. Met a lot of cool people including supervisors & management.

Cons

Repetitive, it gets super busy to where you can't even take a sip of water or breathing time in between calls. Short staffed on weekends. Almost impossible to get days off on weekends. They are really strict about breaks and lunch. Systems take a while to load and takes time away before you clock in. Have to be there way before or turn on computer way before or else you'll be late. Customers can be super rude.

Pros

The $20/hr pay and benefits. Literally it. You get discounted cable and internet but there’s always an outage so you never enjoy it.

Cons

I wouldn’t want to be a customer much more than I wanted to be an employee. Micromanaging leadership, no bonuses, you can still get attendance points for using your PTO, outdated work practices.

Pros

Free services as an employee

Cons

No work from home, no hybrid work from home option. Forced people into the office after allowing them to WFH for 2 years. Pay is not matching demand
