Pros

Very career focused workplace. Reimbursement and bonuses for getting certifications, and room to move upward in the company.

Cons

The company itself is behind the times on an operational basis. They stick with what works, rather than trying new things, like 4x10 work schedules, and hybrid office/home environments.

Toxic with high turnover.

Business Outlook

Pros

High pay and experimentation embraced.

Cons

Highly toxic and political environment. High turnover. Directors to SVPs cavalierly discuss people they let go and getting rid of broad swaths of people or whole departments. If you’re a contractor you will be expected to work overtime without claiming it on your timesheet. You’ll be given a workload that takes 50 - 60 hours of focused work to accomplish and be told you need to finish it in 40 hours. If you complain you’ll be let go. Dog eat dog mentality among some who are struggling to stay afloat. During the pandemic, employees were made to go into the office longer than any major company. Those who complained were fired.
