      Pros

      As a designer, you have a say in everything from toy design, to photoshoots to final packaging products. It was a very intense, exciting environment packed with hard work, but also an incredible amount of fun. Great, collaborative people to be around, and opportunities to move around in areas of the toy brands to gain additional experience. They also fostered continued education and paid for courses. The pay was competitive as well as annual bonuses and shares in the company.

      Cons

      Once the company went public they ousted one of the original starters of the company who fought to maintain the family dynamic of the company, dismantled the on-site teams and sent work overseas to private studios under contract.
