great benefits, free weekly snacks, very chic looking building, easy access for commute

the Senior director and most of the leadership do not have people skills. They expect employees to just do what they are told and not challege or ask questions. You could be having the worst day of your life and they wouldnt bat an eye, they'd just want you to get the job done.
