Pros

Free food on some days during the week and decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Lousy management with no direction. Soul-crushing work hours with very unbalanced work/life. Very much a "point-the-finger" and "blame-every-one-else" work environment. Feels like just because pay and benefits are decent that management owns you and has the right to wail and gnash teeth when you don't respond fast enough to summonings at all hours of late nights and very early mornings.
