Reps that speak their minds to help improve the department through ideas and feedback quickly regret it. There is no respect for work-life balance, you are expected to work for free off the clock to meet deadlines that don’t make any sense.

I would advice not to join this company. This company made me burn out. I worked from 14 to 16 hours a day every day and was not even enough. No training and had to figure out things by myself. They use your sense of responsibility against you. I was called after 5pm to log in back in at work because things came up and they wouldn't respect boundaries. They never praise you after working hard but instead worry you that you are not working enough and would loose your job, reminding me of an abusive relationship. Executive lied in my interview when I asked about work life balance and they said it was great and wouldn't be affected but then working in the company and I was told I need to sacrifice something in my life to work here. Executives are crazy about making money and they don't care about respecting processes. I'm not the only one who has gotten burned out. They don't respect your personal life and even got inappropriate questions and comments. I gain so much weight in a very little time and had health issues because of the stress. Gaining weight was something I was told it was going happened in the first day by coworkers. They would call you during vacations about work. They fired people and add more to your responsiblities. It gave me cult vibes trying to hype with the company and how important you are for the company. You work in a crazy enviorment and they say craziness is only temporary but is never temporary. HR never did anything and actually made you doubt yourself or excuse management. They literally work you to death and they don't care. Life is too short to work for this company
