The people/ worker bees are hard working, friendly and enthusiastic. President is smart and a strong businessman.

Cons

New structure is a joke. Most of the senior leadership is not qualified to be in the positions they hold. Employees not valued. Management dazzled by resumes giving little thought to the substance people bring to the table.

Great team in US and Canada w/ the exception of HR. 3 weeks paid vacation. Closed with pay thru the holiday season.

Extremely poor HR management team across the board.
